Over Two Decades of Law Enforcement Experience

Rick has devoted his life to safeguarding and serving his community by pursuing a career in law enforcement. Since the year 2000, he has diligently served as a deputy sheriff. Currently, Rick holds the esteemed position of sergeant on patrol, where he leads by example and ensures the safety of his team. Additionally, he serves as the commander of the SWAT team, responsible for coordinating and executing high-risk operations. Furthermore, Rick imparts his extensive knowledge and experience as a course instructor for the department, sharing his expertise with aspiring law enforcement professionals.
Driven by an unwavering passion for protecting individuals and their valuable assets, Rick has seamlessly integrated his law enforcement background into the realm of security. Recognized by the State of Tennessee, he possesses certifications to train unarmed security guards, specializing in Less than Lethal techniques, Baton usage, Taser deployment, De-escalation strategies, Safe Restraints, CPR, First-Aid, AED, Active Shooter response, and Defense Tactics. Rick’s commitment to excellence is unparalleled, as he strives to deliver the finest security services available in the entire state. With an unyielding dedication to his duty, Rick consistently goes above and beyond to fulfill his mission of safeguarding the lives and assets of the people he protects.

Dustin Hensley, Co-Owner

Years of Law Enforcement Education & Experience

Dustin, a proud native of Tennessee, considers it an honor to dedicate himself to safeguarding the state through exceptional security services. Armed with a degree in Criminal Justice, he has been actively involved in law enforcement since 2007. Throughout his career, Dustin has acquired an impressive array of certifications, including Firearms and Defensive Tactics Instructor, Field Training Officer, and Special Weapons and Tactics Operator. His expertise extends to crime prevention, proactive policing strategies, private investigations, and event security projects.
As a seasoned security specialist, Dustin is certified by the State of Tennessee to train armed and unarmed security guards, as well as in less lethal baton techniques, de-escalation tactics, and safe restraint methods. His genuine passion lies in protecting individuals and their belongings.
With unwavering commitment, Dustin promises to deliver top-tier services, uphold unwavering integrity, and exhibit the utmost professionalism.

Corey Beaty

Regional Manager, Nashville Area

Corey, a native of Crossville, now calls Clarksville home. He has taken on the role of Regional Manager for Blue Life Security in Nashville, the vibrant capital city of  Tennessee. Since joining the company in 2019, Corey has made it his mission to ensure the safety and security of our valued clients not only in Nashville, but also in the surrounding areas.

Before embarking on his corporate career in the security industry, Corey proudly served in the United States Army. During his time in the military, he honed his leadership skills, developed a strong sense of discipline, and cultivated an unwavering commitment to the mission at hand.

As Regional Manager, Corey’s primary objective is to deliver top-notch security solutions for both residential and commercial properties. He is determined to uphold our company’s reputation for expertise and unwavering dedication. Corey’s journey with Blue Life Security, combined with his military background, has shaped him into the competent professional he is today.

With a 13-year history in Customer Service, Phillip has a deep understanding of the importance of effective communication and building strong relationships with customers. He is adept at listening to their needs, providing accurate information, and offering solutions to any problem that may arise.For the past three years, Phillip has dedicated himself to the field of security. With unwavering determination, he has steadily climbed the corporate ladder, starting as an unarmed guard, and progressing to become an armed guard, a trainer, and ultimately an Area Supervisor. Throughout his journey, he has accumulated a wealth of invaluable experience.
Phillip’s diverse range of assignments has exposed him to various security posts, including the management of intimate events such as weddings and parties. Additionally, he has been entrusted with Executive Protection Details, a testament to his exceptional skills and reliability. Furthermore, he proudly serves as a member of a Disaster Deployment Team, ready to swiftly respond to any crisis.
Equipped with an impressive array of certifications, Phillip is well-prepared to handle any situation that may arise. His expertise extends to CPR, AEDs, Tactical Handcuffing, Chemical Spray, Baton, and Situation De-escalation. By continuously expanding his knowledge and skill set, he ensures that he remains at the forefront of his profession.
